Refund policy

At Sarathee, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we provide a 14-day exchange policy for customers who may need a different size or wish to swap an item. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, free from any damage, and with the original Sarathee tag still attached. The original receipt or invoice must also be presented.

Exchanges can be made in-store or via courier. You’re welcome to visit our store at No. 62, Old Road, Maharagama, where exchanges are handled free of charge. If visiting the store isn’t possible, we offer a courier exchange service at a flat rate of Rs. 800, which includes both pickup and redelivery. This fee will be collected at the time of pickup.

All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without tags, without a receipt, or outside the exchange window will not be accepted.
